Just be sure that there isn’t too much sugar. All you need are a few molds (or paper cups will do), fruit juice, and some popsicle sticks. Pour the juice into the molds, stick a popsicle stick into the juice and put them in the freezer. Let them freeze overnight and you’ve now got a delicious sweet treat to give your kids.

This classic childhood snack is perfect for your kids after a long day playing outside. Cut up pieces of celery, grab the peanut butter, and have raisins on hand. Put the peanut butter on the concave side of the celery so that it fills the dip. Then layer the raisins on top of the peanut butter. This snack gives your kids veggies, protein from the peanut butter, and a little sweetness from the raisin. It’s healthy, and it’s fun.

Eating foods with your hands is more fun in the summer time! Make fruit kebabs for your kids this summer. All you’ll need is a few skewers and an assortment of fresh fruit. Before you get started, pre-soaked your skewers to avoid any splintering. Cube your fruit into bite sized pieces and then get to work. Layer piece after piece onto the skewer until you’ve filled the stick. They’re easy to make, easy to serve, and they’re a nutritious snack for your kids.
