Crab season is almost here, and East Bay residents are eagerly anticipating the annual Danville, California, crab feed. This very special event will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2014, in the gym in Saint Isidore’s church, starting at 5:30 in the evening. The church is located at 440 La Gonda Way in Danville. Many residents who live in the area love this event and come back year after year. People not only have a great time eating the delicious food and mingling and chatting with their neighbors, but they also have the good feeling that comes from knowing they are contributing to worthy causes within the community. The Rotary Club of Danville sponsors the crab feed and uses the proceeds to support local charities.
