Danville Parade
The Kiwanis Club of San Ramon Valley looks forward to putting on this Fourth of July parade event every year in Danville. Beginning close to the San Ramon Valley High School, the parade begins about 9:30 AM and runs to about 11:30 AM.
Star Spangled Spectacular
Every year since 1985 San Ramon hosts their Star Spangled Spectacular. There will be a 10K marathon that finishes at the San Ramon Community Center. The race begins setup about 5:30 AM and ends around 11:00AM. But, as evening set in the place transforms for the Spectacular. At 6:00 PM, the family activities begin, including lots of fun-filled activities for children to participate in. Many families choose to make a day of it, spending all day at the park and then enjoying the fireworks before heading home.
Back Yard Pool Party
Maybe your Fourth of July tradition is just to have a backyard pool party and perhaps some fireworks afterward. That is completely okay.
