Local Events Not To Miss!
The hot summer weather is officially here, which means there is no better time to find exciting, local events in the area that you can enjoy with your entire family! Make sure to mark your calendar for these events as the perfect way to celebrate the season.
On July 16th, head out to Downtown Danville on Hartz Ave. for the Hot Summer Nights Car Show! This is an event like no other, that has plenty to offer people of all ages! You will have the chance to enjoy one of a kind collector cars, custom designed cars, classics that are beautifully maintained, and muscle cars and hotrods from the 1960s.
Moonlight Movies at Danville Town Green is going on August 7th from 6:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. Bring your own lawn chair, blanket, and picnic to enjoy Big Hero 6! Arts and crafts will also be available starting at 6:30 p.m. that are perfect for keeping the little ones entertained until the show starts.
When the weather starts to cool down in August, you will not want to miss out on the 12th Annual Art and Wine Stroll on August 20th from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Local artists will be showcasing their works for you to enjoy while tasting some of the finest wines from Livermore Valley wineries.
